Nutritech's Wellness Program

There are 2 Steps required to get your Personalized Program.

You will need Excel 2003-2007 and Windows XP or Vista to run our Program. See notes below before ordering.

1. The First Step is to completely fill out the Data Acquisition Form. Here you fill out questions so we can build your Personalized Program. Once you have completed this step, you will need to purchase the Program. Trainers, please contact us for your Promo Code to give to your clients.

2. The Second Step is to click on the Buy Now link to Purchase the Program. You will be able to use your credit card. Your credit card will be charged only $99.00. On the Paypal website, if you do not have an account , all you need to do is click on Continue in the middle of the screen to use your credit card. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: If you are a Personal Trainer, please use this link to purchase your client's program. This will track your purchases. Please give your client YOUR code for the data acquistion form. Once we have both the Data Acquisiton Form and your Payment we will have one our staff contact you regarding your Personalized Program via email.

Since your program is Personalized, it must be built by one of our technicians. Please be patient, as this process may take 24-72 hours depending upon when you submit the form. If you require faster service, please contact us and we will be willing to work with you with any issue you may have.

You now have a 2 choices on how we can deliver your Program to you or BOTH. Just let us know on the Data Acqusition Form.

1. You can download it directly from our website either in a zip format (7-8 meg) or in an xls file (24 Meg)

2. You can have it emailed to you in a zip format (7-8 meg). Some email systems may not accept larger files.

Once you get your Program you will be need to enable macros in Excel. Download this file to help you.
