Nutritech is a basic nutritional philosophy designed to enhance the benefits of exercise and overall health. Nutirtech is not a "diet" designed for quick weight loss, because quick weight loss diets do not work for long term body fat loss. H
owever, exercise in conjunction with proper nutrition does. Therefore, we believe the NUTRITECH philosophy is as close to permanent body fat loss as possible. Simply stated Nutritech works!
Nutritech is designed to show you how to achieve your fitness goals. We believe that through a little education and a lot of effort it is possible to not only succeed but to achieve everlasting fitness.
Nutritech will show you how to eat the foods you like to eat. You will see how eating foods in the right combinations can direct those foods to perform the way you want them to. You will learn how to do cardiovascular training so that it may increase the effects your diet has on your body. And last but not least you will learn to strength train. You will begin to see how the various systems of the body work together and are controlled by you!.

We have designed a Wellness Program that you will be able to use on your Home Computer or you can Print It and take it where ever you go. There is NO need to use the interent or worry about being CONNECTED. So, if you are on a business trip, vacation, your kitchen or at your favorite grocery store, you can take Your Own Personalized Program with you. Our Wellness Program is designed so that when you recieve it, it is Personalized to You!
For those who would like to use their Program on the internet, we are in the process of designing Our Wellness Program on the internet. You will be able to use the program and store all of your information, menus, favorite foods, etc. We plan to have our internet version completed by end of summer.
Within your Personalized Wellness Program, . You will also be given a Recommended Dietary Guideline which will include how often to eat, what to eat and how much to eat. You will also be given a Recommneded Exercise/Cardio Program. And YES, you can add your favorite foods.
